Democrat politicians are now pushing laws that will force private homeowners to allow homeless people to camp out / live on their property & if the property owner takes action against them they ( property owner ) could be arrested .

From what I'm reading ' building codes ' will have to be changed requiring PRIVATE HOMEOWNERS & business & government buildings will have to have " mandatory rest spaces" for homeless people allowing the homeless to camp IN or ON their property . what about existing buildings will they have to conform ?

You would think at this point in 2020 we would have figured out the homeless problem in our country. How hard could it be to just renovate a building and let homeless people recover there instead of ignoring the welfare of citizens . If i could i would help them rehabilitate back into the community and give them support so overall we have a better state/nation. But no.... we look down on people and watch them sleep on the street instead of actually taking care of the problem.

Any nonsensical law is possible in California. Don't know about Oregon.

No way this is happening in Ohio with a Republican Governor.
